Duties
- The “Fryer” cooks all hot foods in the deep fryers
- The “Fryer” assist with the food prep area; how food is prepared and packaged
- Maintain the cleanliness of the food prep area, freezers, grill and fryers
- Assist Concession Manager in maintaining stock of food, supplies, and grill condiments
- Assist Concession Manager with weekly inventory of stock, supplies, and ordering
- Maintain a family fun friendly work environment for all concession co-workers
- Provide DTDI movie patrons with a professional, satisfying, memorable experience
Requirements
- MCCHD “Level 1- Food Service“ Certification is a plus but not required
- Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, 6pm to 1am, months of April and May
- Work evening, weekdays, 6pm to 1am, 5 nights a week, Memorial Day thru mid-August
- Work Friday, Saturday, Sunday evenings, 6pm to 1am, mid-August thru October
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job site
Skills
- Follow verbal and written instructions from the Concession Manager
- *Customer Service Skills Is A Must*
- Grill & Fryer experience: cook burgers, hotdog, fries, funnel cakes, cheese sticks, etc
- Food Prep experience: building of burgers and other food items, packaging of food
- Ability to maintain a “Professional Atmosphere” for drive-in patrons and co-workers
- Talent to bring creativity to the workplace, presenting written ideas for company growth
